Our Story
A Growing Parish with a Heart for People
St. Martin Catholic Church was established on 22 March 2006 by His Eminence John Cardinal Onaiyekan, carved out of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Airport, to serve the growing Catholic community in Lugbe. Today more than 4,500 parishioners worship along the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport Road.
Named in honour of Rev. Fr. Martin Mbeledeogu of blessed memory, our parish has grown from a humble outstation into a thriving community of faith.
